The house has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with SS appliances, granite counters, two sinks, extra ice maker, plenty of cabinet space with guest pantry and seating for 16. Also has utility closets with washer and dryer on each floor making it very easy to keep all your family's clothes clean. This house is also HANDICAPPED-ACCESSIBLE, due to its spacious elevator which services all three stories, as well as a handicapped-accessible full Bathroom on the main floor of the house.
The house is located approximately 1/2 mile south of Garden City pier and less than 15 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, medical care or pharmacies, multiple golf courses, miniature golf and water park for the kids. We also are approximately 9 miles south of Downtown Myrtle Beach and 20 minutes from Carolina Opry, Broadway at the Beach and other attractions such as Medieval Times and Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage. The house is located 30 minutes from 2 Tanger Outlets as well as many other shopping venues. We are also only 10 minutes away from Murrells Inlet, the Seafood Capital of South Carolina.
